Who is Genr8?
Genr8 are a dedicated team of highly experienced, professional tradesmen, working together to provide world-class customer service to our local community in northwest Tasmania. Whether you’re a brand-new customer or you have been with us for many years, we make sure you receive the same outstanding levels of care and attention, with the best possible results achieved every time.
How it all began.
Karl and Nathan met while working together a number of years ago. They shared a passion for achieving outstanding results for their clients, and decided that they could make a real difference if they joined forces.
Karl Vos
Karl has been in the electrical business for almost 20 years, and his old-school values drive his belief in excellent customer service. He moved to Tasmania after completing his apprenticeship in Queensland, and worked for an electrical company for 15 years, starting out on tools and working his way up to operational management duties. He believes strongly in using his trade experience to offer the best possible experience to his customers.
Nathan Bourke
Nathan completed his apprenticeship in Tasmania, and over the following eight years, he worked his way up to managing the entire electrical department of the company. He developed a strong interest in the environment and in the concept of solar panels, and has gone on to specialise in solar technology. He is driven by his passion for the industry, and wants to communicate this to his customers through his work.

Our passion for the solar and electrical industry gives us a deep knowledge of industry procedures and products, and we keep up-to-date with all the latest developments, enabling us to provide work fit for the future. Even better, all work is protected under warranty. Genr8 are also determined to protect the environment of north-west Tasmania. All systems and procedures are designed to be as environmentally-friendly and sustainable as possible, making sure the area is preserved for future generations.
